If you’ve taken out a Travel Pack or Travel Plus Pack on or after 19 January 2021 and been told about changes to your Travel insurance from 19 June 2023, please use your Barclays app – or log in to your Barclays account using the button below, and select ‘manage packs’. Here you can ask us questions about your levels of cover, update your pre-existing medical conditions, make changes to your policy and request documents including proof of insurance.
