Declaring pre-existing medical conditions

To help you declare any pre-existing medical conditions online we have created the below step-by-step guide:

1. Open Barclays app on your device
2. Select ‘Products’ from blue banner at the bottom of the screen
3. Choose ‘Insurance’
4. Pick ‘View Travel & Breakdown Packs’
5. Use ‘View Travel Pack’ or ‘View Travel Plus Pack’
6. Select ‘Manage my Pack’
7. If you scroll to the bottom of the ‘Manage my Pack’ page you will see information about how to service your travel insurance and a link to select ‘Go to Aviva’
8. Scroll down to  the bottom of ‘Upgrade your cover’ page and select ‘Go to Aviva’
9. At the bottom of the page under ‘Useful services’ visit ‘Tell us about pre-existing medical conditions’
10. Continue to follow the on-screen instructions step-by-step.
