1. To open an Aviva Cash ISA, you must be:

Aged 16 or over;
A UK resident. You’re also eligible to apply if you, your spouse or civil partner work overseas for the UK Government.

2. Things to remember:

You can only pay into one cash ISA in any tax year
You can’t exceed the overall ISA limit within the same tax year
We don't assess the suitability of this product. This means you won't receive the same level of protection had you received a personal recommendation - so you need to make certain that it meets your needs before you decide to go ahead

We can provide information to your employer to prevent possible breaches of ISA regulations – for instance, if the payments from your salary meant you were going to exceed the ISA allowance
