We typically reply within 48 hours. If you’ve decided to cancel your policy, you don’t need to call us – just complete this form and we’ll do the rest.

How to cancel

  • Please complete your details below as shown on your policy documents and submit this form
  • Remember, if you pay monthly by Direct Debit, don’t cancel this yet – keep it active for 21 days after your renewal date to make sure all payments and refunds have been processed
  • Once your policy is cancelled, your property and possessions will no longer be covered and you won’t be able to make a claim.

If you're looking to cancel your policy midterm before its renewal date, please use our cancel policy midterm form.

Please check your final payment has been collected, prior to cancelling your Direct Debit. We apply for a payment 3 days before the collection date and it usually takes up to 3 working days to be notified by the bank of whether or not a Direct Debit payment has been successful.
