Please note: If you’ve taken out a Travel Pack or Travel Plus Pack on or after 24 April 2023, or been told about changes to your Travel insurance from 19 June 2023, you will need to request proof of insurance via online banking or by logging into your Barclays app.

If you have taken a Barclays Travel Pack or Travel Plus Pack out on or before 19 January 2021, complete the form below.

Please ensure all information below is correct and only names and dates of birth of insured persons, as defined within your terms and conditions, are added.
