If you’ve decided to cancel your policy, you don’t need to call us – just complete this form and we’ll do the rest.

How to cancel

  • Please complete your details below as shown on your policy documents and submit this form
  • Remember, if you pay monthly by Direct Debit, don’t cancel this yet – keep it active for 21 days after your renewal date to make sure all payments and refunds have been processed
  • Once your policy is cancelled, your property and possessions will no longer be covered and you won’t be able to make a claim.

What happens next

We’ll check your details and confirm that your policy is cancelled – you should hear from us within 24 hours. If you don’t, check your junk email folder. If for any reason we can’t automatically cancel your policy, we’ll email you and ask you to call us to complete the process.
