Please not this is an automated system, all name(s) on your bank account need to match the name(s) on your passport(s). If they don’t match please call us:

We will send you an email with your proof of insurance attached. To access your document you will be prompted for a security password which you will set up in the form below. 

Please keep the password you use safe, as failure to use the correct password will mean you have to request this service again by completing a new form.

For your data security, we do not keep a note of your password and can not retrieve it if forgotten.

If you are an HSBC Gold Mastercard or Platinum Visa Card customer, you can no longer request proof of travel insurance online. Please call us at 0800 068 4263. After the pre-recorded message, press 2, then press 2 again to speak with a team member who will process your request.

We will issue your proof of insurance as an attached document in an email. To be able to access this, you will need to hold safe password you set-up below, and entre that when accessing your document. 

Please be aware failure to use the correct password, will mean you have you request this service again by completing a new request. For your data security we do not keep a note of your password and can not retrieve it if forgotten. 

Please specify a password that we can use to encrypt the emails that we send you. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character (e.g. !, ?) Do not use: £ / \ -
