Your workplace pension gives you a high degree of control over building a valuable pension pot for the future.

But there’s more to your workplace benefits than this.

Did you know that there are also three online savings and investment products to choose from, ready to help you plan for the future?

And often, it can be helpful to start with a good reason to put money aside.

Perhaps you’re thinking about home improvements. Maybe you’d like to help pay for your child’s university education.

Or maybe you feel the time is right to start a new savings habit. Each of these objectives need a plan. And products that are easy to use.

So let’s start with the Cash ISA.

It’s an Individual Savings Account in which your money has the potential to grow in a tax-free way. Here, the growth in your savings relies on the interest we pay the interest we pay on your money, which can vary as time goes by.

And there’s the annual limit on how much you can save each year across all ISAs. For many people, it could be just what they need for the short term.

But for the medium to longer term, we offer the Stocks & Shares ISA.

So, here’s more about the Stock & Shares ISA.

The Stocks & Shares ISA is an Individual Savings Account. It lets you invest in a wide range of investment funds in which your money has the potential to grow in a tax-efficient way.

No tax is currently paid on any income or capital gains made on the investments held in the ISA. Each tax year, there’s a limit to how much you can invest across all ISAs.

And you can top up your ISA with regular or single payments.

There’s also the Investment Account.

This type of account isn’t an ISA, but it also lets you invest in a wide range of shares and investment funds. Although it doesn’t have the tax advantages of an ISA, there are no limits on how much you can invest.

And like the ISA, you can make single or regular payments. But bear in mind that both the Stocks & Shares ISA and the Investment Account offer no guarantees.

Your money can fall as well as rise in value, and you may get back less than you put in. But the great thing is that you can keep an eye on your pension, ISA and Investment Account all in one place, online.

And finally a word about why the accounts where your money is invested come with fees and charges.

That’s because managing investment funds and putting money to work involves the costs associated with buying and selling assets in stock markets.

So there are charges for investing in these accounts. So before you decide to invest, make sure you get the full picture on everything you need to know.

And remember that with ISAs, any tax advantages depend on your individual circumstances and can be changed.

The Cash ISA, the Stocks & Shares ISA and the Investment Account run alongside your workplace pension.

Easy to understand, convenient and all in one place.

Please be aware, the value of an investment in the Stocks and Shares ISA and the Investment Account can go down as well as up and is not guaranteed. The value may be less than has been invested.
