Our call back process
After we have received and processed your form, a member of our Medical Risk Assessment Team will call you to complete your medical screening. We will need to ask questions about the conditions you have before we can provide any decisions and issue documentation.
We will ensure that we call you back within 7-10 days from the date you request a call back.
If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will contact you on the email address you provide.
