Annual eligibility queries

We understand circumstances can change, so every year we like to check that the policy still meets your needs and that you remain eligible for cover.

If you’re happy the pack still meets your needs and you’re eligible for cover, you don’t need to do anything.

If there’s been no changes to your health since you last spoke to us, or you don’t have any trips booked, you don’t need to contact us.

You only need to tell us about pre-existing medical conditions if:

• you’re booking a trip or have already booked one, and
• there’s been changes to the health of the people insured by your pack since you last spoke to us.

Once you’ve reached your 80th birthday, you’ll no longer be eligible for this travel insurance and cover will end for you, your partner, & any dependent children.  If it’s a joint account and the other account holder is still under 80, cover will continue for them until they reach the age limit.  If you’re on a trip for your 80th birthday, cover will end when you return home.

Yes, you can remove your pack at any time. You can do this in the Barclays app or online banking, just head to ‘Manage Packs’. Alternatively, you can call us on 0345 734 5345 or the number on the back of your account card.
