Log in to Barclays

To manage your policy you need to log in to Barclays either via the Barclays banking app or your internet banking

Log in to Barclays banking app

  1. Open Barclays App on your device
  2. Select ‘Products’ from the blue banner at the bottom of the screen
  3. Choose ‘Insurance’
  4. Pick ‘Travel and Breakdown Insurance’
  5. Click to open your active travel pack
  6. Select ‘Manage Travel Insurance’.

Log in to internet banking

  1. Login into Barclays Internet Banking on your device
  2. Select ‘Manage Accounts'
  3. Choose ‘Travel Packs’
  4. Click to open your active travel pack
  5. Select ‘Manage Travel Insurance'.
